Return and Refund Policy

We offer a full money back guarantee.  In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase just return it, in original packaging and condition within 20 days for a full refund. 

Shipping error, defective or damaged product:

1. Returns must be Unused and New
2. Returns need to be in their original packaging.
3. A Return Authorization number is required and can be obtained by emailing Danposton@hdproductsinc.com
4. All returns require receipt of purchase.
5. All product returns need to be approved prior to return.  Please email us at Danposton@hdproductsinc.com to receive return authorization.

Product  purchased can be returned with in 20 days of purchase assuming product has not been used.

Customer responsible for shipping and handling.

Once returned product is received, it will e reviewed for damage or miss-use.  After review, if not issues found, a refund will be issued.
